Every product is crafted by hand with care, intention, and a little magic. Because our offerings are personal care items made in small batches, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges once a product has been opened or used.

However, if your order arrives damaged, compromised, or incorrect in any way, I want to make it right.

Please email me at JasmineB@NightshadeCosmetics.com within 7 days of delivery, and include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photos of the damaged or compromised item(s)

Once received, I will review your concern and work with you to resolve it whether that means a replacement, refund, or credit toward a future order. Your experience matters, and I’ll always handle concerns with empathy and efficiency.
